One Tough Boy!

He actually wandered over to see me this morning, so it's good to know that he can sometimes make the effort! I walked him in, and then groomed him, tacked him up and plaited both his tail and his mane. As we were doing that, Sue arrived with Painter and Toni brought in both Junior and Smudge ... and the 7 of us headed off down the road ...
....And into the land of flies!
As I said, DJ was OK ... he's very thick-skinned! Or, is it a case of "Where there's sense, there's feeling"??
However Painter, especially had problems, so we ended up not going as far as planned.
Even thugh we didn't go far they still all came back very sweaty, so I sponged DJ down, before taking him to his field. Today, for the first time in ages, he got down and rolled as we were on our way - hewas hot, damp, yet still sticky! Now, muddy as well!!
