Wow - Someone Saw My Keyring ...

.... And immediately recognised the picture!

Normally people ask who the person is on my key-ring, or on my screen saver, and I say "James Marsters", and then watch this blank look come.

However, yesterday, we had an extended orchestra practice and one of the trumpters from one of the Bands in Bude came, and recognised the picture - it is the one on my journal at the bottom, of him singing in London this year.  He is 19/20, and it turned out had like Smallville.

He just said - "Oh are you a James Marsters fan", to which I laughed, said, "just slightly", and turned the key fob over ... a picture of myself and James is on the other side!

So, I was really happy!

I belong to a soap opera discussion site and use James as my icon there. I get lots of people noticing who it is and we talk about the love of James.

I was so bouncy - not only did he recognise James, he knew his name!

I always need to explain in RL who the hell is this guy ??!

My computer screen rolls though MY PICTURES before hibernating and it is always a surprise when JM, Spike, Buffy come up and I get curious looks from anyone in the room.

At least you had someone recognize Jimmy on your keyring!

Yes, I have all my pics on my screen saver - holiday, family and James ... so patients get to see some, and its always .... "Who?"

So, they get a lesson both in who, and why I like him .... starting at Buffy and going on!
