366 MEME - Day 15 - Keeping Busy.

Over the years I have cleaned the copper and brass in Mum and Dad's about 5 times a year - although I have recently realised that last year I didn't do it at all - So, this morning I made a start on some of it -

My mum used to have loads of brass when I was young and I remember absolutely hating having to help clean it! LOL! Even now, the smell of Brasso makes me grumpy! LOL!

My mom got tired of polishing silver and dumped it all on me in the guise of "keeping things in the family." I guess I should get out the silver polish one of these days. grumble

Thanks - I was lazy last year, and am paying for it this year - but it is one of those jobs that you can actually see that you have done, which is why I don't mind it ... and I had an apisode of Buffy on while working!!

Thanks - it is one of those jobs I don't really mind, even though Mum has loads, because you can actually see something for all your effort.
