366 MEME - Day 7 - Vegetable Preparation!

I am sure my mothere suffers from OCD - She is so, so organised. The shopping is done once a week - and then her first job is to prepare all the vegetables before storing them in the fridge.

She peals the carrots, cuts them up, and then leaves them for me to chop while I am waiting for the kettle to boil when I get in on a Friday :-

Yeah I am not very organised like that at home, at work and on my puter I am, but otherwise, nope hehe

I have to be anal at work, there's a lot of paperwork and cases files and if I let any of it get out of hand I would be swamped in confusion within days hehe But my anal nature at work is not by choice...

It's a chip maker! My grandma had one and I loved helping her to push the handle down to make the chips when I was little.
