Christmas Is Coming!

Yay - Christmas is coming!

A couple of weeks ago I had my great icons from  kudagirl , and then today I had an amazing story by lilachigh

Then last week I evicted (on a temporary basis, of course) James from my car and have Christmas music on. I love most Christams songs - both Christain and secular ... but I have a weird thing that until I hear one song - Merry Christmas, Everybody, by Slade I don't feel that Christmas has started. So, today as I drove home from seeing DJ was the first time I have heard it this year ... which seems quite late!

So, now Christmas is on it's way - I just have to get organised, don't I?

Oh I'm usually one of those people running in a blind panic around town on Christmas eve wondering why the heck I left it so late yet again ;-)

The Slade song always gets me in the mood. I can't put any decorations up until twentieth as having work done in house so need all the help I can get to feel Christmassy!

(It's also one of the very few songs that I learnt to play in the guitar! LOL!)

I tend to put my decs up the first week of December - they went up today! As I do Mum and dad's the weekend before the 25th - so nice to split the 2 jobs.

I've loaded my mp3 player with christmassy music and have that on most of the time - hadn't realised I had so much. :D

We put the tree up on Sunday, too but no other decorations as yet.

The decs are up here (no tree though) ... and then the W/E before the 25th I will decorate Mum and Dad's ... complete with tree, as that is where Father Christmas delivers the pressies.

Just love Christmas music.
