debris4spike: (Not pleased.)

Last week I decided that I would go ahead with an advert in our newly opened Medical Centre.  It was expensive, but will last 2 years - and you have to give it a go!

Anyway, proof of the advert came through and I wrote back to say, that as I am colour blind, I couldn't actually read it.

I know it is a minor problem, but I can't be the only person in the town that is colour blind, can I?

So - new proof today ... well, new is not the word I would use, as I still can't read the phone numbers.  So, what have they done?  Why didn't they read what I asked them to do?

So, I have scribbled over the letter and sending it back - with fingers crossed!!!!

Sheesh some people are really dense, or clueless, aren't they?

It's just like some people don't really listen to what you say. They didn't read properly or not at all. Annoying.

That's ridiculous that they'd produce a response without the changes you'd ask for- especially since you are the one paying.
