I can't say you have ever really surprised me. Takes a lot to surprise me. I'm pretty open minded. I've always thought of you as a very centered and loving person. True to your faith without being closed minded.

I don't think anything really surprised me, but I have to say, being your friend on lj has truly made me a better person. You love Christ, you live that life, you walk the walk and you love it. You may not be where you want to be, but you love your life, your family, your friends in RL and on LJ and you are a true example of Christ in this world and I am proud to be a part of your journey. Thank you for being an inspiration to me!

I do have a vivid imagination and I try to picture people but I think it was your heart that I saw first. And then I saw pictures and my first thought was I want to meet her. Spend time with you, talk to you about your walk, tell you about mine. Just talk about God, about life, about love...

Sorry if that sounded sappy, but you are am amazing child of God and I am glad to have met you thru LJ.

Well, honestly I'm not easy to surprise, takes a lot for that to happen because well... I've learned to open up my mind to things. But there's something that I've found so amazing about you (and I'm going in complete and blunt honesty mode here) and it's the fact that you are so warm and so open about your life with people. The things you post in this lj about your life and the people around you, some things are really personal, even some difficult experiences you've had, and yet you share them, that's a nice surprise 'cause well at some level you seem to be a shy person (you've even said so yourself). And most of the time we think of shy people as more conservative and lacking personality or something like that, but honey you have tons of personality and character, when I read your post I see that you are a very strong person, brave and so open minded and even though the there's an age difference between you and me, I don't notice, it doesn't matter. *hugs*

I am shy - hate being noticed at all. So LJ has really helped me to be able to begin to work through some problems ... with the help of great friends like yourself.

That some intelligent fella hasn't snapped you up by now. Really, you are so bright and sweet and pretty (and with a career that is stable too) that I don't understand your being single. You'd be a great wife/mother! Stupid men!

Thank you Kathleen - although you have just made me cry! This last year has been a hard battle for me between really hoping to meet that special someone, and accepting that God has an overall great journey laid out for me!

Hee! I think the thing thats surprised me, in a good way, is your amazing support. You always comment on *everything* i post, including all my photographs, and i really appreciate that :D *hugs*
