Enjoying An Evening Walk - Pic Scam.

Just been for a walk, to try to kill off the bugs in the cool air (!) and also as I am not able to ride at present, I suddenly realised that I am not doing much exercise.

Being the good girl that I am ... well, trying to remember to be, I took my camera with me.  (What else did you think I meant??)

Anyway - below the cut, are 3 pictures of The Atlantic at dusk ... and one of the river looking back towards Bude (with the sea behind me)

Wow! Those pictures are beautiful. You're so lucky to live somewhere so beautiful.

I'm a city dude and loathe nature or being in it, but that doesnt mean I dont appreciate beauty when I see it :-)

I realise how rarely I go to the beach ... 5 mins walk from where I both live and work. I must try to do it more often. I grew up in East London - so I can still appreciate Bude for its beauty, even though I have been here 22 years.

Lovely photos. Thank you for sharing! I love seeing all your photos--when I was about 16 we went on a driving holiday (my father was driving so it was the whirlwind variety) of Devon and Cornwall and I just loved it, your photos bring back memories.

I keep thinking that I should take some photos to share, but I never know what to take pics of. And sometimes I'll be on the beach, or driving down the road and there is a lovely view but I don't have the camera with me--I need to remember to take it out.

Yes, I tend to be the same, but I am trying to be better now I have the digital ... as so often you see something lovely that you know won;t be there next time you pass. It would be great to see a little of your corner of the Universe at some time.

Glad the pics bring back memories - i am the smae when I see posts by others from places I have visited.

It takes about 5 mins to get to the beach - and I hate to admit it, I don't often walk down there ... It is stunning and I love it, but because it is always there, I rarely go to see it!

You're so lucky! I always try to live near the water, but at best, it's been a short drive to get there. I wish I could walk there! I know what you mean though. Often have been the times when I have not taken advantage of my locations.
