Just to say that my thoughts are with those who are in the path - especially kudagirl   (as I know she lives in Texas) ... but any others who have family there.  Hope that all is OK.

Thanks. We live far enough north in TX that we only got the rain and wind. Many of the families from the Gulf coast come to the Dallas area to get out of the storm area. The damages are very bad along the coast. Many homes were destroyed. Very sad.

Glad you are OK - I know the state is a large one ... so hoped you were at the other end!

It has been awful though - so much destruction - Hope that not too many people were hurt.
