My pressie arrived this morning - thank you, it is brilliant of you to do that for me.  Your timing is great, in that it means I can celebrate on James birthday!

I spent yesterday afternoon doing lots of LJ reading, looking at pics and catching up on people's lives over the last week or 10 days. Decided not to do any commenting though. Hopefully I'll get to do an update soon.

Thanks - my birthday was in June (LOL) - but there was a date reason for the delayed gift that my friend and I could laugh about - so that was great.

Lovely to hear from you - I tend to be a bit of a "lurker" - but will have a look at the boards and see what is happening.

ah, haha. well, i'm all about extending birthdays as long as i can (mine is a week-long celebration i fondly refer to as liz-a-palooza ;) ).

Yes, I always have the actual day off - and this year was a Tuesday ... a perfect excuse for a 4 day weekend!
Yesterday was the birthday of an actor that we both follow - so we decided it was nice to be able to have by belated pressie on his day!
