I decided to do this meme and now having problems as my f-list is diverse ... Anyway, here goes :-

MEME

1)  Had a horse named after me - Yes, DJ are my Christian name initials.

2)  Been baptised by immersion as a teenager - in freezing cold water.   The baptistry was leaking so we had to keep the water flowing all the time ... mains water on December 28th!!

3)  Tripped over after speaking to James (just hope he was too busy speaking to the next autographee) ... Cardiff, in November ... I fogot I was on the top of a small flight of steps as I left the stage area where he was signing!!

4)  Seen The Tomb Of The Unknown Warrior ... in London, Washington D.C., Paris and Rome

5)  Had an insect go in my ear (in Italy) that had to be left there for 6 weeks so that the inner surface if the ear could heal and then I could have the insect removed!

Wow - that was harder than I thought!

I'm sure he didn't notice. Even if... he's a klutz who trips ove his own pants and breaks a finger, so...

Besides.. those stairs were mean. Had I still worn my heels at that point, it wouldn't have ended any better.

I suppose I just floated away from him ... and came down to earth with a bump ... almost literally!! I didn't actually fall, but was just so worried he had seen!!

It was weird - my friends told me that I had imported an animal into the UK ... but as it was dead I should be legally OK!!

Yes - as I thought about a list I thought I could just list 5 unusual locations that I have injured myself!!!

I've seen the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in DC, East Berlin, and... somewhere in Scotland. I don't think I saw the tomb in London, but I could be wrong. :D

The one in London is inside the door at Westminster Abbey ... Black marble, surrounded by poppies ... btw my grandfathers kit was actually used in the procession for the burial!

My friend's daughters and their cousin (all 20 something) were baptised in the river down from their house about a month ago. It was freezing.

You know, I think I would trip on the way to speak to James... Or faint..

It was some sort of flying insect - about an inch long!! That's all I know!

Yes, my Mum was baptised in their local stream - but in the summer, so not too bad!

When I have had my photos with him I am just struck dumb!!

Well you sure beat me as I have done none of those things.
But I must say the insect one was ewwwww. It is bad enough in your eye or mouth.

And No;3 was just the James haze which made you not see those damn steps. ;)

Yes - not my best day in Italy!! Still it's different!!! LOL

Yes ... James ... I think I floated away from him and then got my trajectory wrong when coming down to earth!!!
