It must have been a bad day - I ended up doing some cleaning - yes I now know that all my undies are in the right draw - and all OK ... I know that my sun-tops are not tangled with other T-shirts ... and that I have more scarves than I thought I had!

On top of that - I have cleaned the windows at the front of my house ... mowed the lawn and been to the Bank and the library ... but souldn't egt the book I wanted.  I had been promising myself I would brush up on my French Grammer ... no luck, it's all multi-media French conversation ... so if anyone has any ideas about on-line courses I would be grateful.

The sun is out - which was great for my walk to the Bank etc ... I went the long way round!

When I got back I spent some time practicing my clarinet - we have a concert on Saturday, but at this point I tend to play anything but that music.  So I sat and murdered Mozarts concerto!

Now I am waiting for a patient to arrive - who has phoned to say they are running late.

So - as you can see it has been a dull day down here - oh well ... at least I got a few things done.  Hope your days have been as productive!!

So you play the clarinet? What an accomplished lady you are. My sister snd her kids are all so musical but me, well, I used to be able to play guitar a bit but it's an ornament now I'm afraid. I have a guitar of James's that I won in a charity auction many years ago. He signed it for me too.

I went to class today and did a mock exam. The real thing is next Tuesday. Now I have to write up my notes and do some serious revision. I'm doing psycho-therapy BTW.

No idea about the French courses, I'm afraid.

Yes, the mock went well. Most of the work is course assessed so the exam is not like sitting an A'level and writing about 4 long essays. I think I have been trying too hard - the other students said this too. Most of the questions, based on a sample case study require evidence that we have done the course, not in-depth essays. We do know it, we just have to relax and read the quedtion properly!

At least you had nice weather for your Bank walk.

Hope your days have been as productive!!

Wow, it sounds like you've finished quite a lot of things- errands and such. That's such a good feeling.

You were super busy!
I tried to find some online French courses since you talked about it a little while back but for now, nothing. If I 'm successful I will give you the link.

My day has not been very productive but I had lunch with a dear friend -I hadn't seen her for along time so it was nice.

My heaven's you were busy! I need to get crackin' on heavy housework myself, but not until this heat breaks. (It's 98+ degrees farenheit here... insanely hot and humid - so not normal for this area this time of year.)
