What a weird weekend - judging by the weather it was mid-Winter!

I was horse-sitting again on Friday and by the time I had taken the hay out to Toni's 3 and then gone and said Hi to DJ I was frozen.

tim and Claire came round Friday eve - although I was out for some of it and Band practice ... and the even better news is that on the Saturday I practiced for 1/2 hour ... so that was 3 days running I played ... The first time I had been able to do that since mid-Decemeber.

the weather we had on Saturady was very very wet - and this morning was lovely, but b the time we were home from Chapel and had dinner it was clouding over ... Managed to get Jiffy out on his normal long Sunday walk - but then it rained agian!

So, now I am back here and trying to catch up with LJ, watch "Foyles War" and type this - So thought I would finish with a MEME, snagged from spikereader... and seen on one or two other blogs as well!

The weather we have been having here in NY has been gorgeous lately - very springy. But today was freezing cold, it felt like winter too!

Yes - I think we all have been spoilt with the warm spell that came around - now it was a huge shock!!

That's so weird because it's been great weather over here! In what area do you live?

I live on the West Coast of England - I suppose we get use to westerly gqle-force winds ... but this was a biting east wind ... oh well, the wind has dropped now .. but it is still raining!

That's so odd!
Yesterday it got up to about 80 degrees here. It was like summer.
Today was mid-70's and breezy.
Hmmm... did we steal all your good weather or something?

I knew it was someones fault - you return and the weather falls apart ... That's what friends are for!!! ... Obviously I sent you the sun to say welcome back ... but yes, please ... can I have it back now!

It seems this weekend's weather has been strange for most of my friends and myself. It was very cold and windy here, which is odd, considering that last week it was as hot a summer!

Yes that cold that has returned took parts of England by suprise as well - and worse as we had some warm weather as well the previous week.

Yes, things have moved on a bit further with my hand - really positive about things at present
