Just A Few Pictures To Go With Last Weeks Post!

Last week I did a couple of entries on my county-trip round England ... as we had got to Cornwall.  If you missed them, here are the links -  Cornwall 1 and Cornwall 2 

Well I have taken a couple of pictures in Bude last week - we are at present being buffetted with Storm Force 10 winds, but last week was slighly calmer!

I enjoyed Devon and Cornwall, especially when the tides came in. I'd never seen water behave like that before, very cool.

Yes - I love the sea here - in fact I would say the sea round us is never still - especially at the moment - 10+ feet of waves!!!!!

I grew up in Greater London - and even though I have been here 21 years I never get tired of the sea

Ah the grass is always greener (of course I live in a high desert...it IS greener LOL). I envy you. So beautiful. Yes, it is beautiful here too in a very different way. One day (I hope fairly soon) I'll get there and soak it in, the history, culture, beauty...let the sounds of the different spoken English (mine and the different cadences and accents around the UK) roll over me like a soft caress....yes...heaven!

Yes, we might be a small country - but the variety and history is amazing.

Thoses pictures were taken last week - we always have greenery here - and daffodils are actually almost all finished!

Haven't seen NM but have been to Utah - and the difference is staggering ... I think travel does that (if you let it) - it re-introduces you to your own culture again
