Discharged!

Yes - the physio discharged me today - sad to think no one wants to see me any more!

In actual fact the final mobility and nerve sensations are going to take some time - but it is just now a case of getting on with my life again - so, I hope this is my last entry with the "injury" tag ... after all those weeks it should be.

Thanks again for all the positive support that you have given me - you are a great f-list ... the best.
