Another Hard Day Of Work!

Yes, poor DJ had to walk 2 miles this morning - how does he cope?  

He had to spend about 3/4 hour being brushed, combed and generally pampered beforehand - he even had the inside of his ears trim (I must love him!!).  

Somehow he still expected to be rewarded with his carrot and his feed before he went back to his field to rest and recover for the rest of the day

Poor DJ. :P How many horses do you own? Must be a lot of work to pamper them....but I would love to have a horse. They're so amazing. And fun to ride. :P

I only have DJ - and he is on permenant loan and actually belongs to Toni .... although he is actually my namesake (they are my initials) ... However Toni owns 7 horses, so I help there when she is away . Before Christmas (DJ &) I worked at a stables - with 20 horses. So then DJ had very little pampering - he had to be one of the herd most of the time. So it is nice for us both to spend cuddle time together now!!

Poor boy - I don't honestly know how he copes with all the pressure! Still he has a day off today to help in his recovery!
