Sound Problems Must Be Catching!!

I had to play for the last hymn at Church this morning - and as I am still unable to play my clarinet due to the lung problem I wrote it out for Saxophone ... so far so good.  Played it through yesterday - no problems.

Then this morning went to play - and I had a leaky key - so 2 of the notes wouldn't play at all and a couple of others were very squeaky!!



But as I was chatting to a friend afterwards who was asking me about Cardiff I realised that the best people have technical problems!!  So - now I have a question ...

Do you think if I told James he would come and give me a hug ... as I type this with fingers crossed!!

As ever - I think I was the only one who really noticed - At least years of playing in an orchestra has (at long last) taught me to just keep going - missing out the notes that didn't play ... So very "live" music!!

Yes - I kept playing - that's the advantage of doing concerts - you learn not to stop! I think I was more aware of the problem than most others were.

The Grr.aargh is snaggable if you want - it was made by bendy1 ... and a handy "mood" to have!! LOL

Yes - just - Thank you very much. I was at Mum and dad's over the weekend - so only get access (easily) to my LJ inbox so have to wait till now to get any other messages! It was just the 2 wasn't it - my Outlook Express didn't swallow anything, i hope. When you get time and find a suitable picture - could you also do me a clarinet with my name ... But no hurry, as I am sure you are all iconed out at present!
