MEME - "Getting To Know You!"

So I now have my 5 questions fromlilachigh
1) Avon arrives in Sunnydale. Would it work?
Avon may have kept Willow from going as dark - he is superb with computers, but wants things scientific, so wouldn't have let her get into the style of "surfing" she adopted. He wouldn't work as a Scooby as he is too independant, however seeing his relationship with Vila (as a friend) he may have made friends with Xander. I think he would have wanted to shelter Dawn and Tara. So - yes, maybe he would have fitted in - but - NOT with Spike ... well, he may have decided that Buffy would be a good strong partner.
In other words I have sort of changed my mind as I type - yes, he could fit in - that would make some interesting scenarios.
2) The house is burning, all humans and pets are outside, which object would you save?
My photos - but I have about 300 albums, so that would take some time.
The one item would be - My framed picture of myself on Jaykub at a show.
3) The thing about yourself you dislike the most?
I am very quick tempered.
4) You are offered a trip in a space rocket. Would you accept?
Depends on the pilot! I don't actually like flying at all - but I love visiting places - so if I could be in stasis for the trip then yes.
5) You are forced to live abroad. Which country do you choose?
America - well they speak the language - and I have friends there ... and James is there (I can dream!)
Italy - I just love the history, colour and relaxation.

Date: 2007-07-15 05:09 am (UTC)1) What was the first "single" or LP that you bought - ie not one given as a gift? Oh my you really made me think hard about this one all morning. But I am fairly sure it was Hermans Hermits and No Milk Today!
2) Who was the first film star that you had a crush on? Another toughie that I really had to think about. James Darren who starred in the early Gidget movies of the 50s. Gee I am showing my age there!
3) What was the name of your first pony? The first one I ever owned was a beautiful stock horse mare called Brandy, and she gave me an adorable but strong willed appaloosa colt called Jonathon.
4) How long have you lived in your present house? Since Melbourne Cup day last year a little over 7 months.
5) Maths or English? Art, science or humanities? What was your favourite subject at school? I was average at maths and science, loved english and history and absolutly hated geography and only wish I was good at art.
My parents didn't really believe in higher education. But when I left school and was working I did extra courses at agricultural college to study animal husbandry as well as breeding and genetics. When my son started kindergarten and before my daughter was born I went to univerity and did an Arts degree in Literature. And I have recently done some study in Animal Herbal treatments and alternative therapy's for horses.
Eyes are improving ever so slightly, they say a timeframe of six months before any real improvement. Thanks for asking *hugs* for being so caring :)

Date: 2007-07-16 11:03 am (UTC)Sorry - I'm more a maths/Science - loved history (it didn't love me) - Hated geography ... and was 101% useless at english - hense it is only since I discovered Spike that I have dared to put pen to paper>
