We Managed to Stay Dry!

debris4spikeYes, where I live it has rained - and we have had gale force winds - but this morning DJ, Junior, Toni and myself were able to go down to the forestry and stay dry. The wind had also dropped making the route safe - and in fact we met Ros and Cherry en route - they had already gone - So today it seemed a case of great minds thinking alike.
DJ was not in the happiest of moods, when we started - I will admit.
He was lying down when I got there - a rough night ... and not just a case of going down the pub with friends!
Then I went in to see if Toni was going riding and we started looking at photos - fatal, I know. her father and step-mother had just sold their house and had sent her a load of photos of her with her 2 girls when they were babies. So it was great to see them. Both girls now have partners - and one has a baby of her own, so whether they will be as pleased to see them, I don't know!!
Still it made for a really nice morning - why can't more days start like that?
