DJ's - exploring again

debris4spike... Yes, another day, another place to visit!
As I drove to DJ's this morning it was really murky - so wondered whether I would be able to get out, but in Welcome it wasn't too bad. The only problem was he didn't want to come in - he was the far side of his field - and I think he was working on the theory that if he couldn't actually see the gate he wouldn't have to work! ...So I went and got him!!
Once he was tacked the 4 of us headed off - in the other direction this time. For us all it was weird as he now lives slightly inland and in the past for has been rare as he was living about 1/2 mile from the Atlantic ... so it gave both DJ and Smudge lots of oppertunities to spook at things!
We were only out for about 3/4 hour - although in that time DJ did manage to leave a very nice "present" in domeones gateway - no not a farmyard!!!
After he had a snack I took him back to his field - but warned him that as we were now inland I would be buying him a reflective cover to wear when he was out and about - He didn't seem all that impressed - Just wait till he has to wear one!!
