Helping a patient today I felt my calf muscle snag!
The good news is that the tendons are all intact - the bad news is lots of small tears in multiple muscles! So pain-killers and anti-inflamatories ... and hobbling around!
Still, can't be helped, and the injury could have been a lot worse .... off to swallow some paracetamol.
