2011 - Day 264

Was on a "late" again today so stopped in Newton Abbot on my way to work to do some shopping - a friend has a birthday next week, as well as buying doggy treats (guess who for!!!) Afetr my £400 bill for my glasses (lenses only £40 of the total) I don't have too much money - so a market seemed the best bet (in the end I bought stuff from actual shops - LOL)

Yesterday I had to give mum a lift so my James CD of him reading Dresden got turned off. 

As she got out this song started and it reminded me of how many great songs I grew up knowing - and listening to them again bring back lovely memories.  So this song was lovely to listen to and remember others while I did.

I do love The Carpenters, and Karen had an amazing voice.
