2011 - Day 69

I have been at Mum & Dad's today - doing a bit of cleaning for them, and trying to make a few icons (when I can kick Dad off his pc!)

Anyway, I also popped down to the shops to get some batteries ... this parade is 5 mins walk away, and where Dad goes 6 mornings a week to get the morning paper.

Actual Call Centre onversations !!!!!

Customer: 'I've been ringing 0800 2100 for two days and can't get through to enquiries, can you help?'.

Operator: 'Where did you get that number from, sir?'.

Customer: 'It was on the door to the Travel Centre'..

Operator: 'Sir, they are our opening hours'.



( You can't believe it ... but they get worse! )
