debris4spike... That's how I feel today!
And yesterday!
I pulled my back doing housework for mum & dad on Saturday and as Sunday progressed, so did my headache. I worked yesterday and felt rough, and was due to start at 7.15 this morning. When the alarm went off I just phoned in ... no way could I pick my head off the pillow.
So, I have eaten and gone back to bed, and just got up ... had shower, and feel almost human again.

Still on brighter news my Aunt (the one who broke her arm in March) had an emergency hysterectomy yesterday, and was back on the ward earlier than expected, and doing well ... so that was good news to hear ... she is 82, and has certainly having a "traumatic" year.
